Dear Residents,
Considering the COVID-19 Control and Prevention situation in our district, we have decided that a new round of mandatory testing will be conducted in the lockdown areas of Liwan District, including Xinjue Village of Dongsha Street, Heyuan Residential Community of Baihedong Street, Guanhe Residential Community, Building 2 of Guanggang New Town Jinmaofu, Building 4 of Zhonghai Huawan D Block, Building 5 of Poly Haide Residence, and sixth, seventh, and eighth association of Hainan Economic Association of Zhongnan Street. We hereby notify relevant arrangements and precautions as follows:
1. All residents shall follow the notification and instructions of local street/neighborhood committee (economic association) staff and arrive at designated locations for nucleic acid test according to the set schedule in an orderly manner. Every household and every person needs to be tested.. Residents who need to have their samples collected at home should wait for the arrival of staff.
2. Please bring your ID card with you when undergoing the PCR test. Please present your “Yuekang Code” and “Sample Collection Information QR Code” to facilitate rapid, efficient inspection and testing. Please wear a mask at all times and keep a distance of at least 1 meter away from others. Please refrain from talking and gathering and follow the instructions of the staff on site.
3. After your sample has been collected during the set time period, please leave the testing station as soon as possible and go back home to continue with home health administration.
We urge all residents to strictly follow relevant regulations including Law of the People's Republic of China on Prevention and Treatment of Infectious Diseases and Opinions on Punishing Criminal and Illegal Activities that Hinder the Control and Prevention of COVID-19. Please collaborate with the staff in information registration and sample collection. Those who disrupt or hinder sample collection will be held legally responsible by the public security authority.
