1.In light of the current epidemic prevention and control progress, after the lift of lockdown and partially lockdown areas, another 7-day control measures will continue to be in place: checkpoints will be set up; residents living within the areas need to present certificates to enter and exit; temperature check, ID check, health code check must be imposed and masks must be kept on. People from outside the areas are not allowed to enter for 7 days.

All kinds of public cultural venues (libraries, museums, cultural centers, art galleries, etc.), and markets in the Liurong Street and Guangta Street are allowed to take up to 50% of the maximum reception capacity on the following conditions: they shall be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected;  the air-conditioning system shall be checked to meet the epidemic prevention requirements; employees must provide nucleic acid negative result certificates issued 48 hours before the resumption of business; temperature check and health code check must be imposed and visitors must wear masks.

　　3. The primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in the Liurong Street and Guangta Street will resume offline teaching on June 21. Schools should strictly monitor the health of teachers and students, ensure ventilation and disinfection in key places such as dining halls, classrooms, and dormitories; measures including health code check, temperature check, and hands disinfection before entering the school must be strictly implemented. Unrelated personnel are not allowed to enter. In-school gatherings shall be strictly controlled and inter-class, inter-grades, inter-schools, and inter-districts activities shall be prohibited.

　　4. All businesses within the district must fully assume their responsibilities in epidemic prevention and control and safe production, and the following measures must be imposed: daily health monitoring of employees, and regular nucleic acid tests; daily clean and disinfection of business premises; hidden safety hazards over gas, fire, construction sites, road , special equipment, quarantine hotels, and hazardous chemicals must be addressed; preparations and drills for flood prevention and typhoon must be made in advance.

　　5. Citizens are asked to keep good habits for protection in a scientific way, and continue to wear masks, wash hands frequently, travel less, and do not gather. If symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, decreased sense of smell and taste, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia, and diarrhea occur, please report the information through Suikang Code or Yuekang Code immediately and seek medical treatment. Citizens are also asked to pay attention to weather warnings and forecasts, and take protective measures against natural disasters such as typhoons and heavy rainfall; safety education such as road traffic safety and drowning prevention for children during summer vacation must be strengthened to prevent any accidents.
