Guangzhou Multilingual Public Service Platform (GMPSP) held an exchange meeting with foreign enterpriseson July 31.

The event also invited the leaders of the Guangzhou Foreign Affairs Office and relevant departments to exchange opinions with foreign enterprises on focusing topics, including the communication between Guangzhou, Hong Kong, and Macao, precautions for organizing exchange trips to Hong Kong, and the application process of the APEC business travel card.

Spokespersonof GMPSP introduced the platform at the meeting, saying, "In 4 years of operation, the platform has provided goodservices to citizens, foreign institutions, and enterprises in Guangzhou. It has grown from a translation hotline to a comprehensive and inclusive public service platform that effectively helps Chinese and foreign people solve urgent and complex problems."

Yu Jianchun, Chairman of the Guangzhou Federation of Industry and Commerce (GFIC), said, "GFIC will support foreign enterprises connect with the government by holding a series of government-enterprise communication activities. Moreover, GFIC will continue strengthening services for Hong Kong, Macao, and foreign-funded enterprises and help create a first-class international business environment."

Guangdong Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment and China Telecommunications Corporation Guangzhou Brunch Company signed a cooperation agreement at the event. The two sides will cooperate to provide betterlanguage service to foreign-related enterprises in Guangzhou.
