COVID-19 control and prevention is a shared responsibility and each of us has a role to play. To enhance COVID-19 response efforts and practically ensure the people’s health and safety, Huadu District will conduct a district-wide COVID-19 testing on all residents on April 28. We hereby notify you of the details as follows:

一、检测范围：

1. Testing scope:All residents in Huadu District (including local permanent residents, temporary residents, transients foreign nationals, etc.).

2. Testing time: (1) Testing will begin at 8:30 in Xinhua Subdistrict, Xinya Subdistrict, Huashan Town and Huadong Town. (2) Testing will begin at 10:30 in Huacheng Subdistrict, Xiuquan Subdistrict, Tanbu Town, Shiling Town and Furong Resort Administration Committee. (3) Testing will begin at 14:30 in Chini Town and Timian Town.

3. Please follow the instructions of the village (community) committee staff and arrive at the designated testing site (see List of Huadu District Mandatory COVID-19 Testing Sites for details) according to the set schedule in an orderly manner. This testing is universal and should cover every household member. To avoid large crowds and long queuing time, please do not go to the testing before receiving notifications from your village (community) committee.

4. If you have a yellow health code or have received a text message from CDC, please go to a nearby testing site for yellow code holders.

5. Please wear a mask, bring your mobile phone, and get your Guangdong COVID-19 Testing (Yuehesuan 3) ready for a faster on-site verification process. Senior residents and children who do not have a smartphone may get a QR code on their family members’ devices.

6. Please bring your ID card to the testing site and present your Suikang Code and COVID-19 Testing Code. Please keep your mask on at all times, keep a distance of at least one meter away from others, and refrain from talking and gathering.

7. If you have taken a COVID-19 vaccination shot within the past 48 hours, please do not take the test. If you have successfully booked a vaccine slot, please take the test at your earliest convenience before receiving the vaccine.

8. Please refrain from traveling or attending group activities before the test results are disclosed. If you have a fever or other symptoms, please visit a nearby fever clinic immediately.

Failure to participate in testing will bring considerable inconvenience to life. You will be held legally liable if any serious consequences are caused. To protect yourself and others, please cooperate with us to ensure efficient testing.
