Notification on Further Tightening COVID-19 Prevention and Control Measures in Dashi Street Area

In accordance with the principles of Guangzhou COVID-19 Prevention and Control Center’s notification No.13, No. 15, and No. 16, to further enhance Panyu District’s efforts in the accurate prevention and control COVID-19, to rapidly and effectively curb the spread of COVID-19, and to practically safeguard people’s safety and health, we hereby notify the following COVID-19 prevention and control arrangements:
1. Lockdown will be imposed in the following areas: No. 6 Xixing Street, Daxing Village, Dashi Street; Hexing Farm, Yanjiang Middle Road; No. 3 Xinan Avenue No.4 Alley, Beilian Village (see attachment 1 for the details of administrative measures). Residents must stay at home. Residents must not leave their homes.
2. Restricted measures will be imposed in the following areas: residential areas of 1 Dui and 3 Dui of Daxing Village, Dashi Street (i.e., east of Shiziyong, south of Dashi Waterway, west of Cultural Square and Gangxi Road, and north of Haidi Road); east of Dashi Street Culture Square and Gangdong Road; south of Dashi Waterway; west of Jufang Yuan and Lifang Yuan; north of Chaoyang West Road (see attachment 2 for the details of administrative measures). Entries are allowed but not exits. Gatherings are strictly forbidden.
3. If confirmed COVID-19 infections are detected in any area of Panyu District, measures will be taken in line with stipulation 1 of this notification. All residents are advised to refrain from going out and gatherings.
The above measures will be adjusted on a dynamic basis according to PCR test results and COVID-19 risk evaluation results. We seek your understanding, support, and cooperation for the disruptions and inconveniences caused to your life in the time of lockdown and restricted administration. Together, we shall win this battle against COVID-19!
