According to the tower's mechanical engineer Mr. Zheng, all elevators in the tower are tested daily before the tower opens at 9 AM to ensure absolute safety, and they are serviced twice a month. Even if a passenger is trapped inside the elevator, lighting inside the elevator will not go out, and security personnel will stay in contact with the passenger all the time, and professional repair personnel will arrive at the scene without half an hour.
