The 31st Guangzhou Garden Expo to be opened on February 4th

The 31st Guangzhou Garden Expo is set to kick off on February 4th, featuring captivating attractions spread across three main venues: Baiyun Mountain, Guangzhou Children's Park, and Guangzhou Orchid Garden. The Expo will run through February 25th.

In a groundbreaking move, the Expo introduces an "AI Check-in" game, allowing visitors to scan QR codes and receive unique "AI postcards".

Starting from the west gate of Baiyun Mountain Scenic Area, visitors may encounter a spring-themed journey showcasing 11 exquisite garden displays, 4 GBA urban gardens, 43 flower landscapes, and 6 sets of bamboo art from around the world. Each exhibit weaves a colorful tale of springtime fantasies and the aspirations of the Bay Area.

Guangzhou Children's Park not only hosts the nation's first children's flower market but also allows kids to join artists in "Little Experience Officer" activities. They can check in at a giant suspended 10-meter diameter floating "Sweet Donut" and dive into whimsical fantasies through seven art installations during the Nature Art Season.

Guangzhou Orchid Garden will showcase nearly 500 species and over 3,000 pots of orchid creations, breaking records for the highest variety. An immersive journey into China chic, with interactive check-in activities and numerous performances, adds to the excitement.

From Baiyun Mountain's west gate to the south gate, the journey is enchanting and full of surprises.

Wandering through the Liuhua Lake Park, one can anticipate a vibrant atmosphere with a blend of Lingnan craftsmanship, exciting performances, and a festive market, all eagerly awaiting the grand opening. With over 300 lush Lingnan-style bonsai trees, the park is set to come alive with a variety of cultural activities, including skill competitions, cultural knowledge dissemination, exhibitions, and market festivities, all of which work together to create a unique ambiance for the upcoming Spring Festival.

In the Yuntai Garden, a sea of 100,000 tulips blooms, along which there is an extremely rare and globally unique "Parrot" tulip variety, of which there are only a hundred plants worldwide.

Urban garden exhibit titled "Blossoming Flowers" integrates elements of the Year of the Dragon.

The Expo's Pearl Flower Market at Baiyun Mountain's Pearl Cultural Square will offer interactive games like sack tossing and ring tossing, along with a New Year blessing wall. Citizens can also participate in a "Plant Exchange," bringing their cherished plants for a fragrant New Year gift exchange.
